3rdNut stands by the quality of all our merchandise and offers you 30 days to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return so we can credit you properly.
To return your product, please mail your product to: 506 E. St. Elmo, Bldg A-1, Austin, TX 78745 with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or if there are any issues with processing your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 business day.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange your item for another, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will contact you with the requirements to process your exchange.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
